In the US, there is no legal requirement for refunds of digital goods. Sony started offering refunds after tons of pressure from consumers and the media. There are legal requirements in countries that actually give a fuck about consumer rights...

If you're already familiar with the story of FF7, just read a summery of Crisis Core's plot. Reunion is significantly better than the PSP original, but it's mostly a core gameplay improvement. I don't think it's worth playing if you're going in...

I'd venture a guess this would be what they're referring to. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/GSC_Game_World#Russian_invasion_of_Ukraine

To be fair, you can’t really blame them for the delays in the last couple years.

Unless they’ve massively expanded recently, Nixxes only has around 55 employees. That’s not enough to handle more than a couple big projects at once. So unless we’re getting more Iron Galaxy and internally handled ports I doubt we will see games...

I really hope Rebirth hits PC this year. The game desperately needs a PC release. As for Tsushima, I’d love a PC release. The game still looks gorgeous on the PS4 and 5 but a PC version will be even better.

Billionaire douchebag sues other billionaire douchebags. Pity there’s no resolution that results in all of them losing billions. Regardless, I actually agree with Musk here. OpenAI should remain totally open source. I’d argue that ALL major AI...

I’d imagine it’s a very time consuming process for modern games as well. When character models were made out of polys that only numbered in the dozens or few hundreds it would be a simple matter to make new assets for damage or dismemberment. You...

That was fast. Generally, Nexus doesn't have a problem with suggestive content or outright nude mods (in fact, there are several for Remake on the site) so it seems like this one is a specific exception.

Apparently, the new line is closer to what was said in Japanese. Also seems to line up more with stuff she said in Crisis Core. The original sounds a bit more natural to me, but the new one does fit a bit better with her character.

You're complaining that you can't look down the shirt of a child dude, that's not an easy argument to win. There's a lot of things teenagers do that you wouldn't be able to get away with casually portraying in media.

While the change looks incredibly lazy and it no doubt has to do with the scene being different in Rebirth, I really do feel the need to point out that Tifa is 15 during that point in the game. I'd imagine her being a child had a lot to do with...

To be fair, my comments could just add easily be applied to Arkham Origins and WB Montreal as well. While not the best game in the series it was still pretty good.

From was bought out a while ago. Kadokawa bought them around a decade ago, then Tencent, followed by Sony, purchased a stake in FS from Kadokawa.

You are incredibly naive if you think they couldn't already do that level of data collection without consumer-facing features. Also, you're already on the internet mate. Might as well just assume every single thing you're doing on your computer...

Gotham Knights was WB Montreal, who also had an exodus of employees over the last handful of years. As for Rocksteady personal: Both founders left to start a new studio. The original claim was that they left after Suicide Squad was mostly...

A company releasing several pieces of software to do something that can be done with a single application is both stupid and a massive waste of everyone's time and hard drive space. Even having two applications for essentially the same thing...

Maybe this summer during all the Summer Games Fest stuff? Assuming it's coming out this year/early next year that seems like a decent time to drop more information. If we're not getting it any time soon then we might not hear much until next year.

The consumer drivers are quite literally called "Game Ready" drivers. For the most part, they're geared towards gamers. Gamers are going to be a large portion of the consumer market that bothers regularly updating their drivers and taking...

The price is utterly ridiculous. If they were remastering the games, adding new content, or something like that I could understand but just for bundling them together? Hell no. This should be, at most, $15-$20 and even that is stretching it...
