    You can also check for BIOS upgrades. It could have been an existing problem with your firmware that was resolved. What mobo you using?

    Hmmm, I thought the only quads that are coming out are for the 1207+ platform which is Socket F. There is a desktop version of it coming out too?

    I find it funny that you fail to note that that is for the 4-way Proc's which will naturally carry the heaviest price. For a Single or Dual Socket F, they are about on par with 940 counterparts pricewise
