just depends on budget but the 6800 has been lower in price. newegg and amazon seem to be playing around with the sales/discounts to catch people off guard since this gigabyte card was on sale for 450 dollars 2 weeks ago and now the MSI model magically appears on sale for 450 a day after the gigabyte card drops to 470. also getting last of us as part of the deal ain't bad if you're interested in the game.
