Hi,
I have a small blog that I have basically hit the point where I need to hire help to do a few things:
1. Change the WordPress site to a different DB structure to Amazon RDS (already use EC2 + CloudFront)
2. Help with a few fixes I need from time to time
3. Help with enhancements I think of from time to time
I simply don't have time to research a fix every time, research migration considerations and etc. I have used elance in the past and have had OK but not great experiences. I googled a few things and basically I'm having trouble filtering out where are legitimate places and what are paid plugs/ potentially malicious offers.
Any thoughts or insights would be much appreciated. I may stick with elance, but I want to get one person that I can use over time to each fix is not a new request for proposal.
