As the title says, I'm trying to do an new home network and already own some Ubiquiti hardware so the Dream Machine Pro (UDM-Pro) makes the most sense for me. Like everything else, it's out of stock and being scalped these days so I'm hoping to find one at least close to MSRP or used. Found and purchased UDM-Pro - still in the market for switches and additional cameras

I ran a bunch of (completely overkill) Cat6a so I'm considering some 10G-BaseT gear. Long shot finding this stuff used, but ideally I'm looking for any switches with 4x 10G ports or more or 10G SPF+ switches that include compatible RJ45 adapters

Also looking for other Ubiquiti gear, mostly looking for additional switches or G3/G4 cameras, maybe a bigger edgerouter. Feel free to PM or post Ubiquiti or 10G-BaseT gear even if it doesn't meet that criteria, worst I can do is say no.

Found UDM-Pro, still in the market for other ubiquiti gear, potentially other 10G-BaseT ethernet gear or switches.

These switches sound like a great buy for you.

Brand new they were a few thousand MSRP, were heavily used all over, and have gone EOL so companies listing them for pennies on the dollar. You'll have to purchase adapters for the SPF+ ports but I can confirm that these work great with this switch: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07H91R2KK

10G-BaseT gear isn't cheap on the whole though so expect to have to spend a few bucks.

Similiar but a little better is the Brocade ICX6610 series. You can get them in 24 or 48 port with or without PoE+. RJ45 is all gigabit but it has 4 40g ports and 8 SFP ports. There is a guide on servethehome to fully license the switch for free which turns the SFP ports into 10g. they arent picky about transcievers. Ive put a couple different brands in and it doesnt care. They go for about 215 on ebay.

Alternatively my buddy has a Quanta LB6M that he just decomissioned if your interested in that. Its 24 port SFP+.

I appreciate the suggestions on the Juniper and Brocade. I didn’t even look for enterprise gear that new, figured it was out of my budget.

I’m still hunting for 10G-BaseT gear but in a bit of a holding pattern now as I'm in the process of building out the network closet for the project. Had more trouble than anticipated in securing parts parts from keystone jacks to plywood to APs and cameras (which I still don't have). It's been quite the expensive debacle but it's slowly coming together, wish I would've documented the process so far. I'll have to make a thread in the networking section when it's all said and done. So far I’ve got 2/3 of the hardware needed, a pile of Cat6a cabling run through the walls, and a new dedicated ground line for shielded wiring (because reasons).

I did find a Ubiquiti XG 16 (SPF+) already, though I'm still in the market to find something that has 1 or more 10G-BaseT/SPF+ ports and which does PoE. I'm OK with gigabit or less for the cameras (which I don't have yet) and APs, but it would be nice for the PoE switch to have a dedicated 10G link. I currently have 2 old 48port LG/Ericsson PoE switches. One is very old, working OK but only 2 gigabit ports and the rest are 10/100... The other is just "old", gigabit throughout, but has some quirky hardware issues and will probably die on me before too long. Plus it is loud, like offensively loud.

Whatever I find, those 10G modules from Amazon will come in handy! I've bought 1st party ones in the past for $100 or more.
