Budget mATX/ATX LGA1150 motherboard. Looking to house an i7-4770.

2x WD 8TB Red (preferred) or White with 256MB cache.

AMD FX-8120/8150/8320/8350 in the tin box. I do not need the OEM processor or one in the standard box.

I have an ASRock H81 Pro BTC R2.0 I can sell for $44 shipped in the CONUS. Being an H81 chipset, it only has two DIMM slots, so it can only handle up to 16 Gb of RAM.
