WTB: AM4 motherboard and possible CPU combo

Hello all. I am considering a gift build for a friend who needs a PC upgrade. I am testing the waters to see if anyone has an AM4 MB (ATX) and possibly an included CPU and memory for sale on the cheaper side. Perhaps you recently upgraded and are looking to dispose of your old parts? Please let me know what you have and your asking price.
