Windows 10 Pro Vs. 10 Pro for Workstations

I went on eBay and bought two keys that I thought were just Windows 10 Pro but when I activated it it changed to Windows 10 Pro for workstations. Is there any difference and can said "license" be redacted at Microsoft's discretion even though I linked it to my Microsoft account?
