I dont know why safe mode got me more score in benchmark than normal mode. Anything we can do to have the same performance in safe mode when we are in normal mode?

youre doing it wrong. tweak your startup items and run benchmarks in normal mode.

safe mode starts less startup/background services. So your benchmark is better.

If it also disables special effects (glass, shadows, peak, etc), that will also free up resources, which will improve performance in some benchmarks.

Then after you've killed every process and service you can, run the bench with real time priority for the highest and most consistent scores. Real time shouldn't make that big of a difference though - if it does, that means you still have a lot of stuff running in the background.
