A 280mm or 360 if you have the room. A 240 would likely suffice also. As far as which coolers, I’d do some research and see what you think. I use a h150i elite on a 12700k, but it might be overkill. Maybe look at a arctic freezer 2. Those seem to be popular for price and performance .
I'm running an air cooler on my 12700K (Noctua in sig). My temps stay in the 40's idle and maybe low 50's during gaming, but I have a high airflow case. I did run an Aorus Waterforce X360 on mine for a while and it kept it cool, but the Noctua cooler is doing roughly the same. I guess it depends on your case as well. Looking at your motherboard it doesn't look to have any restrictions (VRM wise) so just about any AIO should work.
Or get a 420mm AIO and go crazy
Arctic cooling make high performance + very good value coolers, my 10700K has a 5.2GHz all core overclock, AVX @ 5.1GHz without any tweaking and still has good temps.
