Thankfully it says it will be available in bios before ryzen master. I don't want any extra software to install.

Technically yes, if not using ryzen master just for monitoring and using it for pbo or ocing.

I believe there is a pop-up warning at least the first time you open ryzen master saying something to thst effect. Its been a while since I used it though.
