SuperDisplay, lag question, using android tablet as a 2nd Windows monitor?

Can someone test out SuperDisplay over USB 3 to see how much lag there is using an android tablet as another monitor in Windows?
I see a little lag over USB 2 on my phone but I don't have a USB 3 device.
