Trying to run it externally from the server case? If so the main problem is the proprietary slot on the left side that it uses for 5v 3v as well as signal wires and the sata backplane. It is the same as the rest of the s2600 series and I think there was a pinout out there for the expansion board that plugs into it making it possible to rig up if you have the expansion. If you are trying to use it without that board it will be impossible to use the onboard sata resources. It may be easier to just find the 3v and 5v rail on the board and feed power to them as well as the 12v connectors.
