Other than RNDR, are there any good paid DC projects?

I'm building nodes to run on RNDR, but the low utilization with that network leaves plenty of time available for other projects. Are there any other DC projects which pay in excess of the electrical cost?

This probably is better suited for the Crypto sub channel instead. Most of the DC projects that are discussed in here are more volunteer donor. RNDR is on a blockchain and thus discussion of that network would definitely fall in that category. Even cryptos that pay you to run volunteer DC are still required to be discussed there.

With that said, you culd try out CPUcoin. There for a while (not sure now) they gave a bonus for also running WCG work units.

You could try https://www.qblocks.cloud/host/ as well. Last I checked it was paying about half of what crypto mining would pay, and also has high bandwidth, CPU, and memory requirements.
