Odd phone sighting

This past weekend I was up in Leavenworth, WA eating some brats and spaetzle and I saw a guy with a teal Lumina 900.... until I realized it wasn't....it was way too big. Has anyone heard any rumors of a Note (maybe slightly larger actually) sized Lumina-looking Windows Phablet?
 
Yes, you saw the Nokia Phablet. What I want to know is if it's running WinRT.
 
You sure it wasn't just a teal colored HTC Titan 2? It's got a 4.7" display and runs Windows. That would be my first guess.
 
What made you think it was a 900? Same chassis or color or what? Could it have just been an android device running 7 launcher or something?
