NordVPN NordLynx - what is your throughput?

I'm just curious what throughput people get using NordVPN NordLynx (WireGuard) protocol compared to their non-VPN throughput.

I don't know what NordVPN did recently, but a couple of weeks ago my bandwidth (on 1Gbps connection) went up from 250-350Mbps to 450-550Mbps and latency in games was reduced from 50-60ms to 20-30ms on the same servers, which was better than latency I had from my ISP's (non-VPN) routing (35-45ms).
