Network pics thread

One of the network cabinets at my work i did. Contents (Top to Bottom) 48 port Cat 6 patch panel, Netgear GS748T, APC SMTL750RM2UC, Netgear GS510TPP, APC SCL500RM1UC.

Yellow wire bugs me too, just not had time to put it in the patch panel..yet!

i saw that and was wondering who that even works? it is all getting taken out and replaced. real patch panels, cisco switches, filer connection, ip cameras.

analog cameras over cat5 is the real crime here
And those splices that the last time I saw was in our first hotel that was built in the 1950s and telephone from the 1970s

Fun fact: I actually used an actually AT&T 'switchboard' with the pull cables that were tip and ring when growing up. That thing was still working when replaced with a candela microswitch pbx, and man I wish we still had it--amazingly reliable as it was on 24x7 for decades without a hiccup--beautiful piece of analog technology.

My recently revised home network rack.
Unifi UDM-Pro
Unifi USW-Pro-24-PoE
Unifi US-XG-6PoE
2 Unifi U6-Pro WAPs + 1 U6 Mesh (out in the garage)
Primary broadband: Sonic 10G Fiber (only $50/month!)
Failover broadband: Comcast 1G
Both of my PCs have Intel X550-T2 NICs

(please forgive the messy cabling, it's not pretty but it functions perfectly)
