Skip it. The lower end X570 boards from MSI had VRM that ran really hot compared to other boards.

The newer MSI B550 boards see much better now. Hardware Unboxed did a bunch of testing if you want to review their results. I think they have 3 different B550 board videos.
 
Good board On a budget MSI MAG X570 TOMAHAWK.Slightly more MSI Meg X570 Unify.

Own each and can vouch for them.
 
I did run several tests using my 2600 and the vrm temps never went past 45c. Is that still considered hot?

MSI chose to use a very cheap VRM implementation. The short version is that the VRM's are inadequate for 12 and 16 core CPU's. While they technically work, the VRM's are massively inefficient and due to heat throttling can occur robbing you of performance.
 
The X570 Unify is looking pretty good. I was considering that or the Ace as the replacement to my current board.
