OK well i have a asus p8p67 pro rev.3 mobo and its slowly dieing so im looking to upgrade to something newer and with the ability to run 3 gtx 560ti 448 core or 3x570s.
Looking for suggestion looking to stay under the $300 mark if possible. Rest of my pc cpecs are as follows.
2600k @ 4.8-5.0ghz depends on what the heats like in my house.
16gb patriot sector 5 4x4 1333mhz memory
2 ocz agility 4 128gb ssds in raid 0
2x2tb hdds
2x3 tb hdds
2x lg blu ray burner
thermal take 1200watt TPG-1200m
Must be able to use tri sli and possibly have 2 open pci 1x slots for a new pci-e ssd and a better than on board sound card.

Looking at this
ASRock Z77 Extreme11 LGA 1155 Intel Z77 HDMI SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 Extended ATX Intel Motherboard

Your options under $300 are:

ASRock Z77 Extreme9
Gigabyte G1.Sniper3
ASRock Z77 WS

I would go with the Gigabyte, and it would save you from buying a sound card since it uses an actual Creative chipset, not a Realtek one.

If you're going all the way up to $400...

I would rather go with the Maximus V Extreme than the Z77 Extreme11.
