Most amount of ram in smallest size?

What are the choices I have to pack a system with the most amount of ram in the smallest size?
I can only think of:
1) X99e-ITX with ECC ram
2) X299e-ITX - 64GB ram max - seems to have buggy bios according to newegg reviews
3) Some gaming laptop with 4 slots of DDR4 for 64GB ram

IBM made a grain of salt size computer that probably has a few MB of ram.
You could ask them for some eeny weeny chips.

Depends, how small?

I know there are single socket, E-ATX EPYC motherboards with 16 slots you could mod into a small case fairly easily. Maybe an elite 361, or a flat HTPC case.

I almost thought of doing that before DDR4 got so crazy. I remember the ebay listings being something like $700 for what I remember was 256gb of unbuffered ecc DDR4. Man if I bought that I'd have a small fortune on my hands now.
