Madden 2022 simple question

When I am at the plays menu, and I can select a play from lets say I formation. How do I go back to lets say the goal line plays?

I simply do not see a key that will do this for me...Basically I am stuck in one formation the whole time I am offense or defense.

as soon as your at the playbook press your back button an make sure you didnt select "ask madden" then pick whatever from there an you can press either left or right.

Exactly what I needed. It worked perfectly. Never even thought of the back button. I appreciate the help man.
