Linux Cod 4 Server Question

This seems as good a place as any, anyone have a link to a good guide to setup a coD 4 server on linux? Ubuntu 10.10 distro specifically. Been meaning to get my CoD 4 server back up, but the box is no longer windows based so i'm clueless on how to setup CoD 4 to run as a server in linux (VM is not an option at this time)

so, anyone have an idea ? i got the 1.7v for the server, not sure if i need other stuff, but the install is where i'm going to start shooting in the dark
