K versus KF?

I’ve looked around for a good explanation and so far I’m still in the dark about the difference between the
K versus KF
I was lokki g at i7 12700’s

12700 has iGPU, limited OC ability
12700K has iGPU, full OC ability
12700F no iGPU, limited OC ability
12700KF no iGPU, full OC ability
