Huntsman Elite with Overwatch not working

Replaced a Blackwidow with the Huntsman - the previous keyboard worked perfectly with the Chroma profile for Overwatch, but the new keyboard doesn't... the desktop profile remains loaded while in-game. The mousepad and mouse (Lancehead) do accept the Overwatch Chroma profile, so it's obviously detecting that it's in-game and Overwatch is loaded.

I've tried various fixes listed in the forums (downgrading the SDK, etc), but none have worked. Anyone here have a similar issue and successfully resolve it?
