I bought this, I dunno, probably more than a year ago. Lately, one of the fans has started rattling. Are there generally replacement fans available or am I likely to be out of luck and have to strap a case fan onto it or somethign?

Thanks, I'll email them today. I found the receipt and I got the card in January of 2019. Without checking the website I don't know if it's still under warranty or not but even if all they'll do is sell me a fan I am sure I can replace it myself.

You can check the last part of your part number (on the box and on the card) to see what warranty length it has. It is likely a 3 year: https://www.evga.com/warranty/graphics-cards/

You'll want to register your card (be sure that you're logged into your EVGA account): https://www.evga.com/Support/register.asp

Then upload your invoice if you didn't while registering the card: https://secure.evga.com/Support/upload/us/ChoosePartNumber.aspx

You can then start the RMA process online: https://www.evga.com/support/rma.asp

Or call EVGA and start it over the phone (or by email, but that takes a LOT longer): https://www.evga.com/about/contactus/

I looked up the card by part number and it has a 3 year warranty. Created an account, registered the product, created a support ticket. I have my original receipt but it's from a thermal printer, so it's fading, but might still be scannable.
