Display repair: Samsung 245BW

so i've run into a road block on repairing this 245BW display.. theres 4 capacitors i know i have to replace on it and were easy to find, but where i'm stuck now is that i need to replace the 450WV 82uf capacitor made by samwha and for the life of me i can't find a single non shady looking website that sells it or if i'm searching for it incorrectly.

any help would be greatly appreciated.

in the picture above it looks like that giant capacitor in the middle of the board.
