Choosing a PSU for a smallish mini itx case

I'm going to be receiving a Jonsbo U2 sometime before the end of the year and I'm having trouble deciding what kind of PSU to throw in this thing.

This is going to be my little gaming machine with a GTX 760. I was originally going to go with the silverstone 450W sfx unit, but since this case is capable of fitting an ATX PSU, I thought I should at least consider them as it might open up more options.

My question is: in a case this small (208 mm (W) x 319 mm (H) x 233 mm (D)), would I be safe in putting in one of the semi-fanless atx psus, such as a Corsair RM550? I'm worried about heat buildup in such a small case when the fan isn't running...thinking I should go with something that has the fan running all the time, but I need it to be as quiet as possible as well as fully modular...maybe a Silverstone ST55F-G 550W?

Any suggestions would be much appreciated. Cheers!

I vote for the silverstone ST55F-G.
It's 140mm and fully modular, and you can get the PP05 short cable kit to help you in such a small case.
