what action options does it have, remove it or delete it? it was caught so you just have to turf the file or leave it quarantined.

No, but it sounds like it came along with some other software you installed.
You may be able to remove it with add/remove programs, but otherwise (if ms anti-malware doesn't remove it) it may require a more advance malware removal tool.

Downloaded adwcleaner_8.3.0.exe per that one with no luck.
