Can I create 250,000 files a day on my SSD?

Hi, I have a SanDisk SDSSDX120GG25 and was wondering if it would be a bad idea to write about 250,000 files to disk each weekday (this is because of some software I created) for the foreseeable future.
Disks have a limited amount of writes, right?
What can I expect out of this SSD?
Should I buy a separate HDD or SSD just for this purpose?

Thanks.

How large space wise are your files total?
I believe it's around 1GB
4.5MB for 1333 files created every 1 minute for 4 hours roughly so, 1333 * 60 * 4 = 319,920 (oops more than 250,000), and 4.5MB * 60 * 4 = 1080MB. If my math is correct.

You shouldn't have a problem. Essentially you'd be overwriting the entire SSD once every 120 days. Depending on the drive and how much use you've gotten out of it so far, they can write up to 200-300TB before failure.

So napkin math so essentially you're talking 300TB / 1GB a day = 300,000 days worth of data = 821 years if I'm doing that correctly.

Very nice thank you, I guess I should also just check HardDiskSentinel as it shows me the health.

while these are good tools, they aren't finite. In other words, many times there will be warnings or a low percent, and the ssd will still not fail. I would look into a new one if mine were low on health, but sometimes that is not accurate.
