Seems like a good guy, but totally fed into the AMD BS about Smart Memory Access, which has been around for years. That's marketing for ya.

The 3090 is the better piece of hardware. I would have traded in a heartbeat.

Not trading a 6900xt for a 3090 sound a bit nuts, but with original buyer warranty clause (not sure how legal they are but they are not uncommon) I could also hesitate to trade new card with a strangers.

That said, been around for years ? Does even work right now on a B450 motherboard with a early 2020 bios on windows in games ?

From what I understood it was around for years on Linux.
