BenQ FP94VW Photos and Impressions

Picked up this LCD for $230 CAD, not the greatest of deals but I was tired of looking.

Pros:

• HDMI, DVI, D-Sub inputs

• SenseEye (A dynamic auto contrast adjuster)

• Stretching of 720p and downscaling of 1080p and 1080i input.

• Can maintain 16:9.

• Easy to access control buttons

• Built-in power brick

• 2ms Gray to gray, 5ms black to black

Cons:

• Top/Bottom bleed

• TN Panel

• Cheap stand

• Pricey for a 19"

• No glossy finish

• 16:9 aspect ratio maintenance by chopping off left and right instead of using black borders

• Didn't come with HDMI cable

• 720p upscale could look better
