any info (PCB/power phases/etc) on the MSI Sea Hawk AIO 3080?

I believe that's a custom PCB. In which case, you need a waterblock that's specifically designed for that model video card. Nothing else is going to work. EKWB is likely your best bet on finding one.
 
ek or bykski might. since its aio the demand might not be there though.
