Are there any 10" Windows Tablets that are NOT Atom based?

I have a HP Specter X2 i7 tablet at present but its a little too big.

Any that are 10" or UNDER that have an i5/i7 cpu in them?

Price doesn't really matter.

Surface Go, but that's basically an outdated dual core Kaby Lake (14nm Skylake derivative), suffocated down to 6W or so.

EDIT: Surface Go 2, same chassis size, but with a 10.5" display instead of the first gen's 10". Gets an option of a slightly more expensive, uprated version of that 14nm Skylake-based dual core.
