I have a dell inspiron one 2305 all in one touchscreen desktop.
It just gives me an orange/amber solid light when I power it up.
I tried another dell 19v 6.7a charger cable first. No luck.
Opened it up replaced the harddrive cable. No luck
Replaced the harddrive. Tried one stick of memory in each slot, swapped the memory, grab some gskill memory that I know is good, no luck on any of that. Replaced the battery on the motherboard.
disconnected every connector on the motherboard/touchscreen control boards and reseated them. no luck.
there's not a video out on this thing to test to see if it's working, so I think i'm screwed. She already bought another AIO computer, but is there anything I didn't try or some trick to reset these things? It'd make a nice PC for a niece or nephew if it came back to life.
