24pin SSI front panel header to normal header for PWR RST HDD, etc

I am moving my Intel server board from my Intel Chassis and want to use the chassis with a standard ATX board but the front panel uses a 24pin ribbon cable,
looks like this,

I am wondering what was the best way to "convert" or adapt headers that can interface with the panel or with the cable.

I'll be attempting this either Monday night or Tuesday, depending on when my case, psu, and coolers arrive.
