10850K sometimes boosting over 4800mhz

Hi. I have an 10850K. Using MSI AFTERBURNER clock during games are 4800mhz. But sometimes when i am loading level in Metro Exodus it can jump for second to 5000mhz or 5200mhz and back to 4800mhz.
Why is this normal? Mb: Aorus Z490 Pro Ax

All stock in UEFI. Only XMP.
