10700k and Noctua NH-U12S redux

I got the Noctua NH-U12S redux for an I7 10700k. it's all brand new computer.
Is this cooler enough for the 10700k? I wont be overclocking

If you're not going to overclock, then why bother with a K processor? Should've bought an i5 instead.

And no! I wouldn't go with that cooler, for $20 the be quiet! Dark Rock Pro 4 is the best.

I picked that one cause of higher stock speed and it was just 10 dollars more than the 10700
and tbh I didnt think that cooler was going to be an issue

I think you meant $20 more. In Canada I just took a peek at prices. Looks like the Noctua is $100 Canadian and the be quiet! model is $140 Canadian. (Some Coolermaster models are way cheaper than that lol.)
