thermal paste

I need paste. I figure I may as well get a fair bit more of it than I need for my current PC project as I have some LED lighting projects lined up that will need paste. Some of these lighting projects could be fairly high-power, outdoor, and present more heat per MM than a typical desktop CPU...

New build. Thermaltake Water 3.0 Riing 360 RGB AIO. Ordered Noctua NT-H1 Thermal Compound for the install, but now see that there is already factory applied paste. Should I replace it with the NT-H1 or use factory? Nothing in the AIO install instructions covers thermal paste. Thanks
