Which level of scaling do you guys prefer on a 42/4k display? I tried 100%, but it’s tiny as hell, so I switched to 200% and everything is now big enough for my old eyes 😏

That's not remotely true, there have been many monitors with a remote control over the years. I even had one in 2007.
