Another thing I was curious about:it seemed as though the MHz increased the timings did as well. Is this to compensate for the increased voltage and heat for producing faster spped? Or bc its assumed the user will tweak timings? Or bc of cost? Or maybe just bc there are crappy kits out there but...

i.e. if you have 3200 CL 16 & 3600 CL 18, I believe they technically have the same true latency. But if the timings are tighter on the 3200 (CL16-16-16-36), will it trump the 3600 (CL18-22-22-42)? At what point, will the speed of the 3600 kit take over?

Long version: I understand some of the basic and intermediate info, but I haven't quite put the entire conceptual-puzzle together. Right now I am stuck on this (in relation to Zen 2 chips), speed vs latency. I understand that speed generally beats latency,but whats the exact ratio or breakeven point
