The way the graphics pipeline has evolved since 8.1 I don't think modern graphic cards even know what to do with a lot of those functions and calls anymore. They have to be translated into something the hardware can understand, and that increases render time relatively.
Gaming makes up 77% of NVIDIA's graphics business. You don't throw away a $10 billion market segment, especially when you hold close to 80% of the total consumer market for discrete video cards. Their market share will slip if they start to slack.
Looking up the specifications it says that the HDMI output only supports up to UHD 4K resolution at 60 Hz, so despite it being a 2.1 output it doesn't support all the 2.1 features. It may effectively be operating at 2.0 specification.
I would try a Thunderbolt to DisplayPort cable and try...

Didn't Cameron Monaghan confirm the 3rd game at the 2022 Game Awards, and confirmed it again at a Comic Con last year?

Don't know what model OP has, but looking at reviews of their M.2 form factor drives, heat is an issue and it doesn't have a DRAM cache. So it could be a double-whammy of running out of pSLC flash cache and getting heat soaked...
The narrative makes more sense to me from a purely Renegade standpoint, for the most part. Remember that means in ME2. The developers made it pretty hard to make this story branch happen, so pay attention to your choices.
It depends. Some groups have had their fan patches banned from most platforms for daring to go against the official localization. The Trails of Cold Steel series is one example. The Fire Emblem series is another.

Another victim of shitty "localization" with internet speak and memes replacing serious conversations.

Just one example from that thread:
More discussion about it in the Steam forum...
The first game did use invisible walls to limit where people could go, unfortunately. I have not played 2 yet, so I don't know if they still used invisible walls. Other than that, it is as open as any other open world game out there. You're not artificially limited by character level, story...
I think the idea of stutter on OLED is overblown. Outside of slow-moving scenes, color is going to remain relatively stable, so a display that supports 24 Hz output isn't going to exhibit visual artifacts most of the time. Despite noticing it occasionally, it hasn't bothered me to the point of...

I can use Windows just fine on my Microsoft account without connecting to the internet. You can also disable and uninstall OneDrive completely. Never needing to enter a Windows product key again manually is really nice.
I don't understand why we've never gotten a Gundam game like this. Every game that has come to the US has been some gimmick of one type or another. That recent short-lived FPS was just an Overwatch clone.
Nightmare Mode added. Sounds very familiar to the Nightmare Mode in the first game. Also makes much-needed adjustments to night time, finally, so I think I'll have to try it out again.

"GPU" was technically first used by Sony in the original PlayStation, though it was a loose definition at the time. It still relied on a CPU coprocessor to rasterize the image.
The Voodoo cards still leaned on the CPU for the rasterization stage, transforming the 3D elements into a 2D image...
The problem with Skyrim is your skill doesn't actually improve with use. You just unlock perks. I would say it's more akin to using something like the nGCD mod for Oblivion, or CCCP for Morrowind.
