I run my D5 at 100% all the time. DC motors, and pumps are at their most efficient this way.
There is noticable temperature differences between running 50% and 100% while gaming. I have some pretty wicked OC's and they are not stable at 50%.
I've only ever had spotless loops :) I've had nothing but open loops since 2002 or so, and never changed coolant unless I was replacing a component.
Current coolant in my loop now is green CryoFuel that I put some clear blue UV Mayhems dye in. I think it's about 2 years old now at this point.
I remember them getting into some hot trouble for bypassing intended rendering methods/applications with 3dMark. IIRC, this is what started the whole "Approved Driver" program or whatever it was called.
The benchmark called for rendering an object a certain way, and the drivers were application...
I've been pretty excited for this series.
When I was playing through FO4, there was a scene or some voice acting or something where I got called a "sex pervert". My wife heard that, and she's been calling me it ever since.
I seriously miss all the UV reactive stuff. Looks way better than RGB shit.
I remember having my Antec LANboy with a DFI nForce4 LANparty board, Athlon 64 3200+, Vantec Tornado 80mm fans and UV cold cathodes with UV reactive zip ties. Damn, those were the days!
Its a realtek device. I have grabbed the latest drivers from Lenovo. Havent looked at the ginourmous package directly from realtek yet. The FN/media buttons work just fine, they OPERATE the Windows Volume slider, that just simply doesnt do anything to the volume itself other than mute.
Yes. My...
I had x1600xt x-fire, can't find any pictures of that one.
Had a 280x and 7970 GHz Edition in x-fire, with a FX8320 @4.5GHz(iirc) in a Corsair C70, Talk about a blast furnace. Missing two years of pictures in my backup for some reason, and those are right there.
Title says it.
Brand new Thinkpad P16v1, fresh windows 10 install. Updated driver from Lenovo.
The windows volume control doesnt adjust any volume for anything. The slider works, only muting actually does anything. In the volume mixer, all sliders are ganged.
I did run the Windows...
I loved Starfield. 240hrs before walking through the light. Didn't touch outpost building.
Decided not to NG+ until the xpack.
Have a few side quests that are broken because NPC is off the map. I keep checking in to see if they are back where they are supposed to be but not yet.
I'm excited...
Same. Over 200 for me before seeing the light for the first time, and I haven't actually finished all the quests yet. I've thoroughly enjoyed the game minus some bugs.
9 days /played to walk through the light.
Really enjoyed it. Still a few quests that are blocked, I'll finish them up when they fix.
Probably not going to actually NG+ until expansion comes out.
Still haven't ventured out to the snake people. Any story quests out there?
Meh, HDMI 2.0 no thanks.
It's odd how difficult this is lol. Like, why doesn't someone have some mini-itx something that can run AAA games on High settings 4K? Sitting 8' away on a 65", I don't need ALL the detail.
I wonder if there is something that I can run under the house from my PC to...
So, love my XBSX. Graphical fidelity leaves something to be desired. But I have Game Pass so my games are on PC and on the XB.
Anyway, looking for something tiny to shove in the entertainment center to one-up the XB. I don't need bleeding edge by any means, just smallish(size of the XBSX...
At some point, and perhaps we are close to being there, stuffing more transistors to brute force onto a package isn't the answer. It will be a combination of brute force and the AI upscalers. The trained AI upscalers/image enhancers are extremely efficient. Are they perfect? Nope. Could they be...
Loving this game so far. Only three hours in. It feels like Fallout to me, without Zombies, and I'm totally ok with that.
Thank goodness they gave us a mobile loot bank.
So weird seeing only 4.8GB of vram called when playing at 4K ultra/maxed.
