without specs or backplate view all I can tell from pic is that it has slightly better color scheme, 2 8pin power connectors and what may be another 3.0 header onboard. If it upgraded lan it may be a winner for me.

Thanks for the responses. I expected that 850 watts was enough but good to know others agree. It sounds like even by current 750 watt PCP&P would still have worked out but it must be over 8 years old and I thought I'd start a new build with a new power supply.
