There's a lot of used cards in the market nowadays depending where you are - of ppl selling cards from last gen - the 3080 12gb, 6700 xt, are two cards that are better than the 2080 Ti - afaik.... Sell the 1080 Ti - and save a bit more for a used 3080 12gb would be my suggestion.
