Fab 11 is not state of the art and their Phoenix Fab won't be online before 2024 at the earliest. The immense loss of IP and knowledge base from the loss of their Taiwanese Fabs would render those plants useless. As a company, TSMC would cease to exist as anything repreenting a cutting edege...
I have had T-Mobile since they were Powertel. They have always been great in my area and their international coverage is only beaten by Satcom providers. Customer service has always been great and they just work. Can't say that for my work providers who have been all over the board from Sprint...
I have boxes of ESs. Not GPUs or CPUs but PSUs. Some of which never actually were released onto the market. Some old BFG PSUs for instance. Not sure what I will ever do with them since they have been sitting for like a decade and certainly degrading but I find it funny that people pay big bucks...
Not in housing. If they had spent more time and investment fabbing other people's stuff it would have been printing money the last 12-14 years. That is why TSMC has been successful and why Intel is no going to the sma model.
The point is.....AMD is the only tech company I know who could consistently lose.money year after year and still stay in business. If you are going to suck you need to examine what they did to stay in business.

Hell, I have never had burn in on my Plasmas. It's really not as big a deal for homes as it is for like commercial displays. I still have a 50" Viera (2008 model) as my primary TV. No burn in.
Twice. And they were never a manufacturer they were just a brand who had contracts with the OEM (Win-Tact at the time of their glory) that didn't allow other brands to source from them (which was fine with Win-Tact due to their HUGE medical and commercial....like oineball, arcade, and other...
Well, music has moistly sucked since then so.............that is kind of their own fault. And that is not an opinion, that is just a sales data statistic.
