Yep, works great on Yuzu - higher res, 60 FPS, ability to add all sorts of cheats.
I tried it on Switch first and was shocked at how bad it looks once you get out into the sky Islands. Texture and shadow low-res pop-in is absolutely awful to the point of being distracting, and of course...
Been using them since I switched after the PIA shenanigans. Speeds could be better but are good enough, considering. I'm not even sure what kind of information they'd have on customers, you just have an account number, no username or personal info or anything. I guess via payment details?
How is using modded content, if you legally own the game, infringing their IP?
I'm not wasting my time, your posts on this subject have not and probably will never change. My opinion about Nintendo is not going to change, either.
Yeah, I really want this to be good. It looks amazing, but if it ends up being too much like Souls I don't think I'll like it. Hopefully the combat will be more like NieR Automata.
I tried PT on my 3080, it runs okay at 1440p with DLSS Balanced, but honestly I don't see how it looks all that good. Everything looks pretty blurry, but I haven't seen it at night yet.
True, if you want to wait and risk spoilers. Nowadays it's a minefield on the internet if a new, popular show comes out and you don't watch it right away.
I don't use it as much as I thought I would, but that may be mostly because I am home a lot more now and prefer to play on my PC when I have gaming time. I've brought it on trips and to work previously and it got a lot of use then.
It doesn't matter, read the Heatware FAQ. If no goods or services were exchanged, you created a fraudulent review. This is regarding deals that were "backed out of" but still applies:
You are in the wrong here, you should remove your feedback.
I realize that, my question was if we might get some sort of repair ability in this game. IIRC the last one had a way to repair but it was such a pain in the ass it was easier to just re-farm whatever weapon you wanted.
I'll most likely play it, though it really doesn't look much different than the original game. The weapon fusing is kinda cool, but will we get a way to repair our cool fused weapons now, or will they just break easily again like last time?
Just got the RMA back recently, looks like a brand new set. Running Prime95 memory stress and so far so good. I can't believe the RAM actually went bad - I don't think I've ever seen that happen before in my life, let alone with it not being overclocked and without having even removed it from...
The game really does give "Prey-but-not-as-good" vibes. Still enjoying it enough but it's a bit janky, especially the combat, just doesn't feel quite tight enough.
I ended up just doing the RMA since they processed it quickly. It doesn't really make sense that it would be dirty contacts since the RAM was literally never removed when I did the processor swap. So nothing physically about it changed between builds. But who knows, I'll let G Skill handle it.
The melee combat just seems stupid in the early game, like you can't block or really avoid getting hit most of the time, so sometimes you just get gangbanged by robots.
You do get a lot of healing items but that doesn't help when they kill you in a matter of seconds.
Before Fallout 76, I would have been confident that it will be a buggy yet promising experience. Now, who the hell knows. I am cautiously optimistic, though.
I have to update - it does seem like the RAM is having some issues in the other system. Got a couple of BSOD and running prime95 with memory stress results in errors very quickly. I guess an RMA may be in the future. Super weird.
I just renewed my Game Pass and started this. First thing I noticed is a weird FOV shift every time you walk forward. Maybe from upping the FOV?
Anyway, seems interesting so far, feels like it wants to be like Half-Life and Bioshock.
I got the RAM into the other test system, set to the XMP standard and so far so good. I got a random error on the first Windows install attempt, but I don't think it was RAM related. I have it installed and running a memory test and so far no errors. So hopefully this will be the end of it.
