Titanfall - Respawn Entertainment's first game

    Marvel’s Guardians of the Galaxy

GoTG was getting high scores/reviews from critics and players immediately after it was released (not just after it went on sale)...CP2077 got a bump after it went on sale for $30 which is why the CP2077 lead writer went on Twitter all excited 2 days ago

    Marvel’s Guardians of the Galaxy

:troll: CP2077 is the opposite...everyone had high hopes for it and it ended up being something less...and some folks are getting all excited that CP2077 is getting it's score bumped up after the recent $30 sale...but that's because it's 50% off!...yes an inferior game is better when it doesn't...

    Dark Souls is on Steam

yes that's my point...I hate going through areas if I can't complete it or do a 'normal' run-through...I don't consider running through areas to grab an item (while avoiding enemies) etc a legit run...but I agree with everyone's overall point that Dark Souls offers a degree of freedom right from...

    Dark Souls is on Steam

I do always do that in main playthroughs (mainly to get the unlimited Red Eye Orb) but that's not what I was referring to (although I've never fought Four Kings as the very first boss, that would be insane)...that's part of the normal progression (if you choose that path)...I'm talking about...

Review the game you finished recently.

you're so obsessed with the concept of reviewing games that you are forgetting to actually 'play' the game...a lot of big AAA titles you're only getting through the prologue/tutorial after the first few hours...can someone really review RDR2 after 2 hours?...Last of Us 2? Assassin's Creed...

    Dark Souls is on Steam

the map flexibility is a bit overstated, I love Dark Souls but the map is pretty much designed in a certain order (for the first half of the game)...yes you can visit the Catacombs or New Londo Ruins but you can't really go through the levels because you are under-powered...the final few bosses...

Cyberpunk 2077: Night City Wire premieres June 25

the difference is that I do plan on playing Cyberpunk...I've been consistent with that from the beginning...it's up to me when that is- whether it goes on sale for cheap or I feel it has been patched up to a point I'm happy with...the point is that once I decide to not buy a game on Day 1 (or...

Cyberpunk 2077: Night City Wire premieres June 25

a big chunk of that was through pre-orders...if there was a statistic on how many people bought the game 2+ weeks after launch it would tell a different story (and not through something like the current $10 sale on consoles)

Cyberpunk 2077: Night City Wire premieres June 25

it's never going to be an amazing game like Witcher 3 or any other top game...the best they can do is fix as many bugs, performance issues and gameplay features as they can...only hope might be an Enhanced Edition like Witcher 1 and 2 but I think even CDPR realize that it's a lost cause...maybe...

my magic 8-ball says it's not the greatest...not the worst...it's somewhere in the middle (with some great eye candy with all the ray-tracing effects enabled)...most of the disappointment comes from the fact that it's from the same developer as the Witcher games (Witcher 3 in particular) and...
