which is better? rads are equal. the z73 has slight better fans, the ryu has a better coverage block. id go with the ryu. or the 420 mentioned by Greb, if you can find one or go custom.

could have just edited the thread title. tear it apart and double check everything for the mount is correct. when you put it back together, make sure the screws are tightened down good and even. 'cause that first pic here looks like the mounting pressure isnt right. way more of the paste should...

20 pin was the old atx header. your psu has a 24 pin. i would give it a good cleaning and then pop the lid off and inspect it for any signs of excessive heat or bad caps. if it looks good, use it.

putting full windows on a 10x device will come down to specs. as far as upgrading, its a chrome os knock off. so its gonna be so dumbed down that you probably wont be able to upgrade it to full windows 10. low end devices (for schools) will have low end storage as they are online devices like...
