I've been using Nord for the past month and it can do my full internet speed, 2 Gbps, which impressed me.
I have only played MW2 and Overwatch with it and I can't tell if I am on the VPN or direct.
Surfshark is great!
I'm using it .. I have a 1GiB/s symmetrical fiber and with 2oreguard in surfshark I get 700 to 800 down and the same up. Also I can game with SShark Wireguard. Ipenvpn is much slower well because it's openvpn.
Also Surfshark...
I used to recommend NordVPN, but for the last two months I've been getting 50% of the speed that I used to. I've been talking with the tech support for as long as this has been happening and they can't seem to fix anything. I've been getting...
The problem isn't profit, or margins, or whether Nvidia cares about you or not. The problem is foundry capacity. When you're not capacity-limited, you print as many chips as you can, then sell as many of those as high-margin enterprise parts as...

Shows mobile gaming silicon moving 2x faster than Destop-based silicon starting as early as 2020
An older report from Forbes in 2022...
They are insane for licensing, but much of that is when using platforms like VMWare, which with their new licensing costs can die in a fire, that is ungodly not sure what Broadcom is thinking with these new prices but nope not today Satan.
Nvidia...
I don't think anyone doesn't think that. Ultimately this is mostly "interesting" and not a real solution.
But it does also show that there is no hardware reason why CUDA is proprietary. Other than for the obvious "money reasons" or ultimately...
Margin going down because of competition is almost inevitable, they have software like margin right now in a hardware space.
$50,000 should buy you a lot more compute with less margin for the sellers eventually, we never know, but capitalism is...
Surfshark sucks from my experience. Poor speeds compared to Mullvad or ProtonVPN. I have 2 years left on a Surfshark subscription but ended up using ProtonVPN instead because it's that much better (and has port forward capability).
Sponsored by NVIDIA, but this is really good lesson on gaming input latency. Have to say, I learned a couple things. Really good down to earth talk.

For Apple maybe, for a prototype for a new form of computing it is giant.
According to a quick google: Meta's new technology can track the entire upper body, but Meta hasn't been able to figure out a good way to use cameras to track legs just...
Laptops and deck like devices are expected to make up the overwhelming bulk of “PC” gaming devices in the next 5 years, given the decline in desktop sales so….
It’s why AMD and Intel are so focused on it.
It's poorly named, though it's only an internal naming scheme.
RDNA4 is precisely two mid-range cards. The confusion comes because RDNA4 is a mid-gen refresh and not a new product stack.
RDNA5 is a full product stack coming in 2025.
I am not sure if AMD said anything about any of this, but is any of the link say or imply that RDNA 5 will not compete with a 5090 (or what will be high end around that time) ?
They seem to say:
It's very likely doing RDNA 5 (or Navi 5 if you...
I think it depends on what circles you ran in. I didn't feel like the iPhone even merited a response when it came out.
I was using a Blackberry 8830 World phone at the time I was also entrenched in the idea that physical keyboards on phones was...
This is definitely not true. I think people have forgotten iPhone with its pokey performance and 2g radio. Was it an amazing peek into the future and sign of things to come? Yes. Was it ideal out of the box? Not a chance.
It was two generations...
Also for those that don't have DX:HR, it's also on sale for $2.99.

Fair. Store preference also going into account. At this point I'm all in on GoG, but I know there are...
Tim Apple is an idiot. I'll just leave it at that without writing a wall of text. Keep in mind that Jobs & Apple internal was sitting on the general concept of the iPhone for years. Like since the late 90's Jobs and certain key engineers at Apple...
Based on leaked specs & rumors it seems likely both Battlemage and RDNA4 will be around 4070Ti/7900XT performance but at "midrange" pricing. If that pans out I'll be in for a B770 :-) Intel's two-point extrapolated Framegen sounds interesting...
