Yes and no? They likely won't release an update to remove it, but your not going to be able to download or install it anymore from Microsoft. Plus the entirety of Windows 10 support ends in October of 2025 anyway. Plenty of time to upgrade though.
Likely due to oddities with nVidia and DSC. Switch to 8-bit colour and make sure your connected to HDMi 2 or 3 on the monitor and then see if you can make it work.
RTings noted these sorta oddities as well...
Given that this isn't a change that's going to retroactively strip FSync compatibility out of existing budget displays, I don't see what the big deal is. This is a branding issue more than anything, because there are a lot of terrible "gaming"...
Maybe, maybe not. Could speculate to a DP4a fallback (like XeSS). With a further fallback to the non-AI method used in FSR 2/3. Providing a solution with an even broader reach.

Yeah, to late. Pandora's box on that one opened years ago and closing it is never going to happen. Your gonna have to go luddite to avoid now.
Ah, so you're more concerned with the number rather than the fact that AMD actually does have a DLSS 3 competitor. I remember when I was thinking the same thing about RT and DLSS, and kept my two 1080 Tis instead of getting a 20 series. The 3090...
